Please note our new policies:
If you answered ‘yes’ to any of these questions in the past 14 days you must reschedule:
- Temperature of 100.3 or higher (temp will be taken outside)
- Cough, shortness of breath, general malaise, muscle aches, loss of smell/taste (EVEN IF YOU BELIEVE THESE ARE SYMPTOMS OF SOMETHING ELSE)
- Caring for, living with, or near someone diagnosed with Covid-19
- Advised to home quarantine because of possible exposure
Rest assured, we are following local guidelines and taking extra precautions, including sanitizing all tools, supplies and furniture between all clients, deep cleaning our salons prior to opening, following state guidelines and social distancing measures.
- We have invested in an air filtration system that purifies the air and kills mold and viruses.
- Please wait in your car until you are called for your appointment.
- Make sure your contact information is up-to-date at time of booking.
- You must wear a mask at ALL times while in salon. We understand it may get wet or get soiled with hair and color, we can’t not allow you to remove it to avoid this.
- We will not be serving or allowing food or beverage in salon.
- You may exit to hydrate or take a breather at any moment.
If you have any hesitation about coming in, please know we are very flexible about making you feel comfortable.
We are offering options to keep your time in the salon to a minimum, if at all, with these measures:
- Process your color in your car
- Get serviced outside if able to
- Go home with your color on to wash out there
- Curbside pick-up
